The photographs are real, and none of them is from a film. They come from Wikimedia Commons by search — Soviet-era modernist and brutalist building, panel housing, sanatoria, bus shelters, abandoned works and cooling towers — and each plate carries its photographer, its licence and a link to the file page, because that is what those licences ask for and it is the only part of this page that is true. No frame here is a still from Stalker, Solaris or anything else; those are under copyright, Commons does not host them, and this annexe does not want them. The note underneath each plate is invented and describes nothing that happened. The buildings are real buildings, photographed by real people, standing in places that are not the Zone. War memorials, graves and cemeteries are filtered out by name before anything reaches this page: a great many of them are also Soviet-era concrete, and an invented ghost story has no business being printed under a photograph of somebody's grave.
